Pharmacy Weight Loss Llandrindod Wells is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in the United Kingdom. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and UK medicines legislation.

All prescription medications dispensed by us require approval from a qualified, registered prescriber. Submitting a consultation questionnaire does not guarantee the issue of a prescription.
You must disclose all current medications, medical conditions, and relevant health history accurately. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of service and could pose serious health risks. Prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of our prescribers and are valid for the duration specified on each prescription only.
We do not supply prescription-only medicines without a valid prescription issued following an appropriate clinical assessment.
Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. The price applicable to your order is that confirmed at the point of purchase. We will not fulfil orders where a pricing error has occurred, and a full refund will be issued in such cases.
Orders are dispatched within 1 working day once your consultation has been reviewed and your prescription approved by our pharmacist. Delivery times thereafter are subject to the courier service used.
We dispatch to UK addresses only. Delivery addresses must match the registered patient address unless otherwise agreed. We accept no liability for delays caused by courier services, incorrect address details provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.
All medication is sent in discreet, secure packaging suitable for pharmaceutical products.
You may cancel your order prior to pharmacist approval and dispatch. Once a prescription has been approved and an order dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Due to the nature of prescription medicines and legal requirements governing the return of medicinal products, we are unable to accept returns of dispensed medications. Refunds will only be issued where medication is faulty, damaged in transit, or an error has been made on our part.
